Cheonggeychon Stream → Changdeokgung Palace → Cooking food (Bulgogi) → Namsan Hanok village (Lunch Included)
Our first stop is Cheonggyecheon Stream, a haven of natural beauty located within the metropolitan city of Seoul. Before its restoration, it existed only as a neglected watercourse hidden by an overpass. Today, the "Rhythmic Wall Stream" as it is also known, is lined with fine marble and sculptures. The stream is also adorned by Palseokdam (Korea's 8th stone building), Narae, and Gwanggyo Bridge, which are among 20 other bridges that cross it.
Next, we'll proceed to the Changdeokgung Palace, the most well preserved of the five remaining royal Joseon palaces. As the second royal villa built, the Changdeokgung was the principal palace for many of the Joseon kings.
Our next activity is a hands-on Bulgogi Cooking Experience. After a demonstration, you will proceed to make the dish yourself. Classes are designed so you may be able to make a full Korean meal in an hour or two, after which you get to enjoy what you've made.
Our last stop is at Namsangol Hanok Village, a traditional Korean village that stands between the tall buildings. The village has five restored traditional houses, a pavilion, a pond, and a time capsule.
